He also has been involved in zoning, rezoning, and land development and re-development projects. Jim has been a licensed broker in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC since 1982. He is a graduate from the University of Georgia in Business, Marketing, and Pre-Law, and he spent two years at University of Maryland in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, and Real Estate Investment Analysis courses. He is a candidate for CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and BOMA (Building Owners and Manager's Association).
