Since he began at CapStar in July 2005, Wang has proven to be an up-and-comer in the commercial real estate industry. His achievements include brokering deals for a Chinese carry-out business, six office condos in Rockville, Md., and two commercial buildings in Baltimore, Md. “Shang Wang is a real go-getter and we’re proud to see him advance within our growing organization,” said John Lin, CapStar President and CEO.
