A new 18,800 sqft Adult Medical Daycare Center is now open by the Worldshine Group at the Governor's Place Campus at 110 Thomas Johnson Dr, Suite 150, Frederick, MD 21702! Expanding further in Maryland, Worldshine Group has two other centers within Beltsville and Germantown. Worldshine Group is a senior care management company that specialize in providing medical daycare services and a daily activity lifestyle for senior adult patients with disabilities and dementia. The center includes many different amenities to choose from including but not limited relaxation activities, games, and various activity rooms.
Sophie Tsai, the vice president of CapStar, was the agent who helped broker the deal. Tsai shared the reason for Worldshine Group's expansion was "to fill the need for high-quality and individualized care for seniors in the Frederick area...[and the location] checks all the boxes, especially the beautiful 10 AC open ground which the seniors would drive by every day when entering the site to the property.” The building is three (3) min. drive off the highway, a nine (9) min drive from the closest emergency room hospital and includes large windows looking into the courtyard.
