CapStar has recently brokered a land transaction for Sun Shade RV LLC, an RV rental company set to develop in West Friendship, Maryland in Howard County. The owner decided to develop their business on Old Frederick Road for an RV Rental Business.
The plot totals in at 2.396 acres, allowing for 15 to 20 class A or B RVs in the lot. The broker, Richard Huang, found the land after researching the land composition with the least amount of reconstruction needed and confirmed with the Howard County's planning and zoning department that the land would be suitable for the owner's business. Per Huang, he was able to secure a beneficial interest rate on both sides using seller's financing. The owner is currently working on paving the ground and preparing the lot for business to begin.
