The Shady Grove Professional Center Condominium will be managed by CapStar Commercial Realty starting on May 1st, 2023. The property is located at the corner of Key West Ave and Darnestown Rd from 14800 to 14825 Physicians Lane in Rockville, Maryland. Agent Sophie Tsai helped refer CapStar's property management capabilities.
The condominium is easily accessible via I-270 as well as the ICC and Downtown Crown. Currently, there are no restrictions on what type of businesses can operate there, although the businesses include physicians, dentists and chiropractors. It is close to the RIO lakefront, a social highlight of the Gaithersburg-Rockville area with many attractions.
