Peter Chang, a veteran of multiple Maryland and Virginia restaurants, has opened another iteration of his Szechuan-specialty restaurants. Chang is from the Chinese province of Hubei, where he started his culinary career, and moved his restaurants to the United States.
Chang has opened multiple restaurants throughout the United States, including Maryland, Virginia, Tennessee and Georgia. Among his various dishes is the chef recommended Chang's Peking Duck, which includes slow cooked duck with pancakes, onion, cucumber and hoisin sauce. Chang is also opening more restaurants within the Northern Virginia area soon.
Associate Vice President, Winny Zhang started working at CapStar in 2014. Zhang
specializes in commercial leasing, lease negotiations, and investment sales. She has
experience in selling and leasing commercial properties, such as retail shopping centers and restaurants.
As the tenant rep for Peter Chang and helping him expand to multiple locations, Zhang helped broker the opening of the Columbia, MD location. Additionally, Zhang helped open Nihao for Chang, a contemporary Chinese restaurant located in Baltimore, MD.
