Ben represents a wide range of national and local brands and is active across multiple asset classes, including office, retail, and industrial properties. Fluent in Spanish, he is able to connect with a broader range of clients and build stronger relationships in a diverse market.
Outside the office, Ben is an active real estate investor and thrives on staying active—whether competing in powerlifting meets, hitting the tennis courts on weekends, or exploring new places
(often in search of the best local food).
