A pre-established 3600 sf hotpot restaurant in Fairfax, Virginia will be changing ownership. Under the new tenant, the restaurant will be open by the end of June, 2023. CapStar’s Fei Wang assisted the tenant with taking over the existing business and location.
Ranging from various soup broths to tofu dishes including beef and seafood, 99 C Hot Pot will supply traditional Sichuan Cuisine including hotpot under the new owner.
