CapStar is excited to share that a new Japanese omakase concept, Omacase Japanese Sushi, is coming to Crystal City this summer. The 2,000 SF restaurant will open at 480 11th Street South, right at the base of Sage Modern Apartments—home to over 300 residents in the heart of National Landing.
With high demand for Asian cuisine and little direct competition nearby, this location presents a strong opportunity for restaurant success. Tenant broker Fei Wang played a key role in identifying and securing the site. Leveraging his extensive experience in acquisitions and restaurants, Wang also connected the client with a valuable partner—helping ensure a smooth and strategic lease transaction.
