We’re excited to announce that 1+1 Express, a fast casual offering japanese hibachi and fried chicken, is open in Woodbridge, VA! Located at 1972 Daniel Stuart Square, this 1,742 sf space will diversify the restaurant portfolio in the Optiz Crossing Shopping Center.
The client chose this location for its convenient access and ample parking, making it an ideal destination for dining customers. A major highlight of the transaction was securing a creative financing structure, which added financial flexibility and made the deal possible.
