A new collaboration meeting was held between Guardian Realty Management Inc. and CapStar Commercial Realty on Tuesday, June 4, 2019.
William F. Carbaugh, Senior Vice President and his team Jared Kahn and Jonathan Lichstein, visited CapStar’s headquarters office in Gaithersburg to meet with the CapStar team. We expect more future collaboration between the two companies initiated from this milestone meeting.
Guardian managed a portfolio of 28 buildings in the Washington DC area and it is one of the most established developers in the region.
