In the former 2,620 sf space of Amici Miei, CapStar has successfully helped Eerkin's Uyghur Cuisine relocate to Rockville, Maryland. This new location is accessible via Hungerford Drive of MD Route 355 and within walking distance to a variety of residential, retail, and office buildings. The location is within the Rockville Town Center and next to the Montgomery County government offices.
Eerkins is a Uyghur restaurant with features of Pakistani, Halal and Asian cuisine, and has two other locations in Virginia and Washington DC. All locations are currently open for business, including the newest Rockville location.
CapStar’s Winny Zhang assisted with relocation and has worked with Eerkins Restaurant Group previously. Zhang is currently the Associate Vice President of CapStar Commercial Realty and joined the team after graduating from a Master program in Real Estate at University of Maryland in 2014. She is currently professionally licensed to work in Virginia, Washington DC and Maryland.
