Seller Rep: Two closed transactions for 2nd Gen Restaurants!

CapStar is proud to share the success of two 2nd Gen restaurant business transactions by commercial broker Fei Wang, serving clients in Maryland and Virginia.


In January 2025, Wang represened a client reassigning their restaurant lease and selling the existing restaurant equipment to the new tenant. This transaction enabled the seller to exit their lease obligation smoothly, while providing the incoming tenant with a turnkey opportunity. The landlord also benefited by diversifying the tenant mix with a new restaurant concept.


In March 2025, Wang represented another client in selling their full restaurant operation including the business, equipment and leasehold improvements. The transaction allowed the seller to fully exit the business, while giving the buyer a fully equipped space and active lease in place.


These deals reflect CapStar’s commitment to creating win-win solutions for sellers, tenants, and landlords alike.
