CapStar is representing the expansion of the highly rated Szechuan Cuisine restaurant, Peter Chang. North of MD-355 in Gaithersburg, Maryland, the new 4,000 sf location at 637 North Frederick Avenue will be taking over the previous Inchiban Restaurant, which closed it's doors in 2021. This new location is expected to open its doors in early 2024.
Peter Chang has many restaurant establishments across the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia. Winny Zhang of CapStar has helped open many of the Peter Chang locations including the recent Columbia location at the Merriweather District Columbia.
CapStar’s Winny Zhang was the tenant representative for this deal. Zhang joined CapStar in 2014 and is currently the Associate Vice President for the company. She graduated from University of Maryland with a Master’s Degree in Real Estate.
