CapStar has recently closed on a lease for a new Attorney Office on the 2nd Floor of 15736 Crabbs Branch Way in Rockville, Maryland. The tenant plans to open on March 1st. CapStar’s Winny Zhang represented the landlord, and Dacheng Weng represented the tenant. CapStar's brokers were able to facilitate this transaction in-house, which is a perfect fit for both landlord and tenant.
