We’re excited to share that a new Peruvian Chicken concept, Hondu Pollo, will be opening soon in Culpeper, VA! Located at 15309 - 15341 Montanus Drive in the Culpeper Colonnade shopping center, this 2,400 sf second gen space is perfectly positioned to serve the growing Latin and American communities in the area. This will be the owner's second location, expanding from Springfield, VA.
Our team successfully negotiated a creative solution with the landlord that satisfied both parties while preserving the integrity and security of the deal. Thanks to a strong existing relationship with the landlord’s broker and the client’s status as an established owner-operator, this transaction came together smoothly—despite some initial complexity.
