CapStar helps the extension of the previous lease and expansion of ProCare Acupuncture & Wellness within 3007 Williams Drive in Alexandria, Virginia 22031. CapStar first helped ProCare find this location in 2022 and with the massive growth of the practice, found an opportunity to expand once more in 2023. This expansion is right next door to the pre-existing practice, adding an additional 1,079 sf alongside the original space, measured 1,232 sf.
Dr. Jin, the owner of ProCare Acupuncture and certified by National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM), had a dream to start his own practice. After much research of available medical spaces close to the US-50 area, Broker Wang helped negotiate a desirable expansion with TI, based on the existing relationship with the landlord and being close to the highway as well as a new residential community.
Associate Broker Wang comments, "I am very glad to be the bridge to help him start a new career. I believe within several years he will be a famous Chinese medical doctor in the DC area."
