Tenant Rep: New Latin Grocery coming to Takoma Park, MD!

We’re thrilled to announce that La Tiendita Salvadoreña, a new Latin grocery store, will be coming soon to Takoma Park, MD! Located at 6507 New Hampshire Avenue, this 1,000 sf space will offer a rich selection of Latin American grocery items tailored to the local and Latinx communities.
This lease was successfully brokered by Ben Marks and Greg Cho, and the transaction was proudly conducted entirely in Spanish. Marks and Cho helped educate the business start-up in navigating the market and negotiation process, including the legal language, lease and real estate industry terms, and the interview to the leasing broker and property ownership.
Ben Marks helped broker this commercial deal. Marks has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, allowing him to effectively serve the Spanish speaking community within the DC Metropolitan area.
