Herndon, Virginia is expecting to have a new Peter Chang Chinese restaurant open by next Chinese New Year, around February 2024. CapStar’s Wenli Yin, along with the assistance of Fei Wang, helped broker the 3,657 SF space. The location will be close to the Arrowbrook Centre Community and a 4 min drive from the Dulles International Airport, right off of the VA-267 & Dulles Toll Rd.
This location will have a similar concept compared to Mama Chang and Peter Chang in Columbia, Maryland. The restaurant's concept will include dim sum and fusion food based on cuisines from Sichuan, Hubei, Hunan and Shanghai. CapStar Marketing Specialist and Sales Associate, Wenli Yin shared, “they will have a big bar with small plates which presents customers with delicious snacks and drinks. Overall, it’ll be modern and unique high quality food with a relaxing atmosphere which will attract customers from the nearby Herndon, Ashburn, Sterling and Reston areas.”
Wenli Yin has worked with Peter Chang’s business in the past. Yin graduated from Sichuan University with a major in journalism and joined CapStar as a Marketing and Sales Associate in 2013.
