A new restaurant, Sake Japanese Food, will be taking over the 4,972 SF space located at 2016 Eisenhower Avenue in Alexandria, Virginia. Broker Fei Wang helped the restaurant save a lot in improvement costs by finding this 2nd Gen restaurant space. The new establishment will is set to open its doors by this summer.
Sake Japanese Food will be a Japanese hibachi and sushi concept. The restaurant is also a ten minute walk from Eisenhower Avenue Transit Stop. Other transportation options include the Alexandria Commuter Rail only fourteen minutes away, as well as the I-495 highway. Nearby businesses include Lost Boy Cider which is a cider bar, Wegmans grocery store, and an AMC theater.
