Coming soon to Montgomery Village is Tokyo Hibachi, a quick service restaurant with a concept of Hibachi Teriyaki. It will be found next to Village Bazaar and plans to open within the next year. The restaurant was originally located within Lakeforest Mall in Gaithersburg, MD. The new location is measured to 1,834 square feet total.
CapStar’s Dacheng Weng helped broker the deal. Weng shared, “I decided to venture to the mall when I heard about the news of the redevelopment for the mall. I walked to the food court and introduced myself to all the business owners. I tried their food and they are very good.”
Dacheng Weng is a leasing and sales associate broker in the DMV area with CapStar. He is known for his restaurant deal specialization. He is known to put customer care first, and helps communicate the client’s needs in brokering. Weng holds a bachelor’s degree in hotel and restaurant management from University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
