The wellness center, Morph Transformation Center, is now open in Upper Marlboro, Maryland! The new location is approximately 9,300 sf. The gym can be accessed by Old Marlboro Pike and nearby a CVS Pharmacy.
Morph Transformation Center has specialized gym equipment and personal coaches to provide assistance for mental health, physical health, and wellbeing. Included in the membership, the center provides professional services in physical fitness, massages, yoga, and coaching in a holistic approach.
James Lin & Greg Cho
James Lin and Greg Cho worked together on brokering the space for Morph Transformation Center. Lin specializes in retail leasing, and is a licensed real estate associate broker in Maryland, Virginia, and DC. Cho has been deeply involved with real estate transactions since 2008. His specialty is on tenant representation. Cho has a master degree in Engineering Management from George Washington University.
