Legend Nail Spa will be estimated to open around late Spring of 2024 in Sterling, Virginia. The company originated in Albany, New York under the name of LR Nail. After a successful lease application and negotiation by CapStar's broker Fei Wang in October 2023, the company is set to open a 2,906 sf space in the Town Center at Sterling shopping plaza.
Accessible from Leesburg Pike and within the plaza, parking is plentiful and there are many other businesses including a pilates studio, the Giant grocery store, and a variety of restaurants within walking distance.
