Appliances 4 Less America has signed a new lease at the 3,000 sf premises of 10460 Campus Way South in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. The property is located within the Largo Plaza shopping center. This is the second location that Winny Zhang of CapStar helped them expand their nationwide franchise, with the most recent location in Pasadena, Maryland back in 2022.
Appliances 4 Less America has over 100+ stores nationwide since 2020 and offers a wide selection of slightly blemished kitchen appliances, such as cooking appliances, refrigerators, range hoods, and including washers and dryers. The company ensures full functionality of up to 50% off the regular price. They also offer a variety of brands for each product, including LG and Samsung. All products are refurbished and repaired for resale.
CapStar’s Winny Zhang officially joined the team in 2014, after graduating from the Master program in Real Estate at University of Maryland. Zhang is fluent in multiple languages, including English and Mandarin. She is known to operate within the DC, Maryland and Virginia areas of commercial real estate.
